How to Bathe Toddlers in Sims 3

Players of "The Sims 2" may remember needing to give toddlers a bath to improve the hygiene meter. In "The Sims 3," however, a simple diaper change raises the meter. According to the Cinema Blend's review of "The Sims 3," toddlers cannot take baths. In "The Sims 2," players would click on a bathtub or sink and choose to bath the toddler. Even if the toddler is potty trained, he still wears a diaper that needs changed.

Instructions

    • 1

Purchase a potty training chair from the "Buy" menu. Place it in the house. Click on the chair to potty train the child.

    • 2

Click on the changing table. Click the option to change the diaper. If more than one toddler lives in the house, select the name. The Sims carries the toddler to the changing table and changes the diaper.

    • 3

Change the diaper any time the hygiene bar nears the halfway mark.
