How to Prepare Finescale Triggerfish

- 2 triggerfish fillets
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. butter

Place a 12 to 14 inch skillet on your stove and set the temperature to a medium-high heat. Add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Let it sizzle for two minutes.

Place each fillet of triggerfish into the skillet, side-by-side.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the the surface of both triggerfish fillets. Let them sizzle for three minutes and then flip them over. The underside should be slightly golden.

Cook the triggerfish for an additional three minutes. Remove from the pan and place the fillets on a serving platter or appropriate dinner plates with the sides of your choice.
