How to Lower the Screen Brightness on an Acer
The brighter your monitor screen is, the more power it uses. For a greener computing environment you can lower your screen's brightness. This also extends the life of your battery charge, which means you can work longer unplugged on a laptop. Acer desktop monitors also benefit from reduced brightness by conserving electricity. In either case, lowering your ultra-bright display also reduces eye strain.
