Sims in "The Sims 3" are not carbon copies of one another as they were in previous "Sims" games. Each Sim may have five traits out of a pool of more than 30 traits, with each trait giving a Sim distinctive options. For example, only a Sim with the "Genius" trait may attempt to "Solve the Unsolvable." The Sim can earn money if he can solve this complex math problem.
Select the Sim on your lot with the "Genius" trait.
Click on any computer on your lot.
Click "Solve the Unsolvable." Your Sim will attempt to solve the problem. However, if your Sim's mood bar is in the red, it will refuse to work on the problem. Check the six "want" bars for the Sim. Its mood will change if its six "want" bars, such as "Hunger," are all in green.
Tips & Warnings
- Your Sim's logic will increase with each "Solve the Unsolvable" problem your Sim solves. The higher your Sim's logic is, the more money it will receive.
- There is a random chance your Sim will fail to solve the problem and you will not get any money.
