How to Reset the Cache in Firefox

Mozilla Firefox temporarily stores certain files, such as images and script files, in the browser cache to expedite the reloading of these elements. By having them in your cache, you do not have to download them the next time you visit the page. However, sometimes this feature reloads old information, which is no longer current. To see the most recent version of the page you need to reset the cache, which means you empty it and force Firefox to reload everything.
