How to Find Recently Published Websites

When you get tired of the same old websites you normally visit, maybe it's time for something new. Finding a way to view newly published websites is often a challenge because some of these sites may not even be indexed yet. One of the things that webmasters in-the-know do is submit their websites to special bookmarking sites to help in getting their site indexed and "seen" by the search engines. If you know where to look, you can enjoy the fruits of a webmaster's labor by browsing new and interesting websites from a variety of free online sites built for just that purpose.

Instructions

Navigate to a website called StumbleUpon and join to find new websites. By joining the free site, select preferences and interests to configure your profile, and then when completed, simply hit the "StumbleUpon" icon. This process takes you through a series of several websites defined by your interests for as long as you want to "Stumble" the Web. Vote on websites and add comments for other users coming behind you.

Visit a website called SpinSnap, which operates in the same manner as StumbleUpon, but without creating a logon. After visiting the website, click the "Begin Here," link to view the first site on the list. To continue visiting new websites, just click the icon that says "Spin Again" in the upper left corner.

Go to the Digg website, a bookmarking site for interesting and new Web content. Click the link for "Most Recent" and choose the time in the drop-down menu, "Most Recent," "Top 24 Hours," "7 Days," or "30 Days," to review the most recent updates of Internet websites. Digg also allows you to bookmark sites of interest that will appear in the stream of bookmarked sites as well as provide comments about sites of interest.

Log on on to your favorite social media sites and select a topic of interest. Paste it into the search bar at the top of the screen and browse what comes up. This is more random, but who knows what you might find.
