How to Track Express Mail Service

Express mail is an expedited delivery service for which customers pay a fee for a faster delivery. Express Mail Service, however, offered by members of the Universal Postal Union, is a worldwide delivery service. Express Mail Service packages include a tracking number used for locating the package during transit. An Express Mail Service tracking number has 13 characters. The first two and last two characters are alphabets and the third to 11th characters are digits. Express Mail Service offers online tracking.

      Navigate to the Express Mail Service website.

      Locate the "Enter a Shipment No." box in the middle of the page or the blue "Tracking" tab below the website banner for tracking single and multiple packages. Click the "Tracking" tab and land on the page titled "Online Tracking."

      Enter the 13-character tracking number in the designated box on the home page or the "Online Tracking" page for single or batch tracking. Track a maximum of 10 packages in the batch-tracking box by pressing "Enter" to separate each tracking number.

      Enter the verification code in the designated box located below "Verification Code" on the main page and below the tracking number box on the "Online Tracking" page.

      Click "Track" and view the package location information.
