How to Disable a Bluetooth Connection to a PC
A computer with Bluetooth functionality can connect to any Bluetooth capable devices within sufficient proximity once the two have been paired -- including cellphones, keyboards, mouse devices and printers. A computer with an enabled Bluetooth connection, however, uses more power and RAM than a computer with its Bluetooth connection disengaged. If you want to disable a computer's Bluetooth connection, you can do so through the computer's Control Panel in a few steps.
