How to Draw a Chibi Devil
Chibi characters are known for being cute and humorous with big, round eyes. In Japan, a chibi is a short person or child, and in Anime they are represented with heads that are bigger than their bodies along with legs that take up 50 percent of their height. When creating a chibi devil, forget the child-like round eyes and replace them with slanted, devilish eyes. Change out any angel wings for devil's wings, and add a pointed tail for emphasis.

1
Draw a circle and add a vertical and horizontal line down the center to represent the head. Add large, slanted almond shapes to represent eyes on each side of the vertical line and centered along the horizontal line. Add a mouth and nose centered along the vertical line below the eyes. (See Reference 1)
-
2
Sketch in the rest of the body parts, making it a third smaller than the head. Make the legs about 50 percent of the body.
-
-
3
Create hair on top of the head by using one shape, and then add two rounded triangles to represent horns.
-
4
Draw lines along the wrist, ankles and neck to represent a devil's one-piece suit.
-
5
Add devil wings by sketching a line going up and then going horizontal. Then create the wing span by drawing three pointed curved lines going down. (See reference 2)
-
6
Add a swirl starting at the beginning of the first line and create a "6" shape. Close any space between the wing span and the swirl by connecting the two with a line.
-
7
Sketch in a tail by draw a line coming out from the back of the body to represent a tail. At the end of the line, add a triangle with the pointed end away from the line.
