How to Troubleshoot an HP Print Spooler
Windows uses a Print Spooler service to control information sent to printers, such as HP's line of printers. A Print Spooler service may sometimes cause errors with the printing process, whether it is because the service is not working properly or it has been stopped. You can troubleshoot the Print Spooler service to get your HP printer back up and running.
