How to Bag Sunday Papers
Newspaper delivery carriers travel by foot, bicycle or car on a daily basis to please their customers and to hopefully earn a decent tip by keeping them happy throughout the year. Sunday is the busiest day for newspaper delivery -- the Sunday paper has more content, special sections and can be purchased separately. The Sunday newspaper is coveted by many customers because it contains more feature articles than a typical weekday paper and includes a coupon insert. By properly bagging the Sunday newspaper, you can contain the additional content in a neat presentation, protect the valued coupon inserts and keep your customers satisfied.
Instructions
-
-
1
Lay the newspaper flat with the headlines at the top as if you are going to read the front page.
-
2
Insert the coupon printouts neatly into the center fold of the paper. You should not be able to see the coupons peeking out of newspaper.
-
-
3
Fold the newspaper towards you in two places, creating an even tri-fold.
-
4
Slide the newspaper carefully into the plastic bag and push it to the bottom.
-
5
Inspect the plastic bag to make sure you did not puncture it. A hole would expose the paper to rain, snow and debris.
-
6
Tie the bag in a knot to ensure protection from the elements.
