How to Mute a Webex
The Webex teleconferencing service helps people in different locations communicate in real time, either via video chat or a voice-alone option. You can use the tool to link a ridiculously large number of people at once -- the WebEx website claims it can accommodate "an online event with 5,000 participants." With that many people connected, it's easy for your voice to become lost in the crowd. WebEx gives the host of the call powerful muting functions to help them keep the peace, and anybody can mute their own phone at any time.
