Open uTorrent on your computer. Double-click the icon on your Windows Desktop or navigate to the program in the "Start" menu to access the program.

Scroll up and down the main window that opens to monitor BitTorrent downloads. The built-in monitor displays the name, file size, status and download progress of both currently downloading and previously downloaded files.

Click the tabs on the left of the main window to sort through files. Click "All" to see all files, "Downloading" to browse downloads in progress and "Completed" to see finished downloads.

Press the "Start" button at the top of the window to resume downloads. Use the "Pause" button to pause downloads and the "Stop" button to end them completely.
