How to Message a Group on Facebook
Facebook is a social networking site that allows people to keep in touch better than with email or by telephone. Many people create groups on Facebook. These groups are people that all have something in common, such as they graduated the same class in high school or all like to cook and share recipes. Sometimes, you may want to send a message to the entire group. There are a couple of ways you can do this.

Write a message on the wall of the group so that everyone can see it. Place your cursor on the "Share" box and type what you want to say. Keep in mind that for everyone to see this message, they may have to go to the group's profile to read it, depending on how often they go on Facebook.

Tips & Warnings
Some groups are open and you can join them anytime. Other groups are private and you need to be invited to join the group.
If you have been a member of a Facebook group for a long time, it may be called an old group by Facebook. If this is the case, you can go to the group's profile page and look under the photo for "Message all members." Use this tool to send a message to everyone in your group.
