How to Leave a Review on Care.com

Care.com connects babysitters, senior caregivers and pet sitters with people seeking these services. The site provides contact information of care professionals and includes ratings and reviews from customers. Leaving a review requires a Care.com premium membership for a monthly, quarterly or annual fee. Once logged in to your Care.com premium account, leaving a review is simple.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Care.com (see Resources), click on "Log In" at the upper-right and log in.

2. Locate a caregiver's profile through the search function or by using the tabs at the top of the screen.

3. Click "Reviews" at the top of the caregiver's profile and select "Write A Review."

4. Give the caregiver a rating out of a possible five stars, enter a title for the review and leave your comments.

5. Submit the review. Care.com moderators check the review's content before posting it to the caregiver's profie.
