How to Schedule an Email in Outlook With a Distribution List
Outlook is an application created and distributed by Microsoft. The application allows users to manage and organize their email. One of the features offered in Outlook is the ability to schedule the sending of an email to recipients on a distribution list. This is a handy tool if you want to send an email at a scheduled time and do not want to forgot. Or if you want to send an email when you are not in the office. Setting this up takes a few moments.

Launch your Outlook.

Draft an email. In the "To" field, enter the name of the distribution list.

Click the "Options" tab in the main menu bar. Click the "Delay Delivery" option in the "More Options" group.

Click the "Message Options" button. Put a check mark in the box next to "Do not deliver before" and then then choose the date and time that you want. Click the "Send" button. The message will remain in your "Outbox" until the time you designated.
