How to Get the Facebook App for a T-Mobile G2

The Facebook App for Android is a slimmed-down mobile version of the Facebook site providing a Facebook user access to his news feed, notifications, messages, and the core features of Facebook. The T-Mobile G2 is a touchscreen smart phone running Android and has the ability to run the Facebook App providing push notifications and access to the social networking platform through the convenient mobile app. The Facebook App is provided to Android users through the Android Market.

Instructions

1. Open the Android Market App on the T-Mobile G2.

2. Press the "Search" button and type "Facebook" in the search field.

3. Press the "Free" or "Install" button.

4. Press "OK" to accept the permissions the Facebook app needs to run correctly. The Facebook app will begin downloading and will be available on the G2's application list when finished.
