How to Tell if You Have Any Texts Left on AT&T
AT&T Star Services provides a customer access to essential and user information via text message without the need to talk to a customer service representative or log in to their wireless account online. A user can find the status of his bill, minutes used, pay their mobile bill or determine their data usage all by dialing a short-code using their AT&T cellular phone.

Open the "Phone" or "Dialer" app on your phone if you are using an iPhone or Android based phone. For non-touchscreen phones, use the phone's numeric keypad.

Dial "*DATA#" which is also *3282#.

Press the "Send" or "Call" key. Confirm any notifications that may appear on your phone by pressing "OK" or "Dismiss."

Check your text messages for an official message from AT&T, detailing data usage, how many text messages have been used and are remaining to be used for the month's billing cycle.
