How to Insert Ad Hoc Signature on Gmail
Google Gmail offers you the ability to add an email signature on all individual and ad-hoc messages. Gmail signatures show up at the bottom of the email message, and it is set up with a lighter, gray color, so it is distinguishable from the original message. Set up a Gmail signature in your email account settings.

Open a Web browser on a computer with Internet access. Navigate to the Gmail homepage. Type your email account name and password in the text boxes and click "Sign In."

Click the "Gear" icon in the top-right corner and select "Settings." The Gmail settings configuration screen opens.

Type a signature for your email messages in the text box labeled "Signature." If you decide to remove the signature in the future, click the "No Signature" option.

Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the settings window. Click the "Inbox" link in the left panel to return to the main email screen.
