Photoshop's slice feature can be used to create websites from your designs.

Converting PSDs, or Photoshop documents, to HTML 1, is done using Photoshop's slice feature. Create webpages by converting a sliced Photoshop document into a file group that contains an HTML file and attached images. The process is useful for designers who might prefer using Photoshop as a design software and who might not be familiar with web production software. Converting PSDs to HTML is a simple procedure, but if changes are made to the original Photoshop document, the procedure must be repeated in order to update the HTML file.
