How to Fix Blurry Photos on Internet Explorer
From time to time you may encounter image loading issues in the Internet Explorer Web browser. The images on certain Web sites may not load properly, and even if they do, they may appear blurred. While it is possible that the issue may originate from the Web site(s) where the images are embedded, you can, however, perform certain troubleshooting methods to make sure your Internet Explorer has the correct settings.

Launch Internet Explorer Web browser.

Click the "Tools" tab, and choose "Internet Options."

Click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the "Multimedia" settings.

Check the check-box next to "Smart Image Dithering." Click "Apply." Click "OK."

Relaunch Internet Explorer Web browser. If you still encounter blurry photos, right-click each image, and select "View Original Image" from the context menu.

Check with the Web master if the above steps don't fix the blurry photos.
