How to Create a Hyperlink From a JPEG in CS4
Dreamweaver CS4 is a Web publishing program that is often used by even those who do not have extensive Web publishing experience because Dreamweaver creates all of the HTML coding for a page based on the information you input. This means that for you to create an HTML page, you only need to know how to use the software -- not HTML itself.
