Things You'll Need

• Child's black blazer
• Black sequins
• White V-neck shirt
• Black pants
• White socks
• White gloves
• Black fedora hat
• Duct tape
• Glue gun
• Scissors

Instructions

1. Glue sequins onto black jacket. You can do this quickly by covering a section with glue and sprinkling with black sequins. Cover the entire outer area of jacket. Let dry.

2. Cut a piece of duct tape to make a band around the hat. Place the tape sticky side up, on a flat surface.

3. Pour sequins on the sticky side. Spread sequins evenly so that the entire tape is covered. Wrap the band around the hat. Use a small piece of duct tape to secure the ends.

4. Put on black pants and a V-neck. Tuck the shirt into the pants. Put the jacket over the shirt. Add white socks, black shoes and gloves. Top with a fedora hat.

5. Dress the costume up with silver aviator sunglasses, a white surgical mask or a microphone.
