How to Uninstall Toshiba Bluetooth Drivers
Toshiba computers with built-in Bluetooth wireless connectivity, and computers with Bluetooth adapters made by Toshiba, both use device drivers to communicate with the Bluetooth hardware. If you have removed the Bluetooth adapter from your computer or if your Bluetooth adapter is not working properly, you can uninstall the Toshiba Bluetooth device drivers from your computer using the Device Manager utility built into Windows.

Click your computer's "Start" button, type "Device Manager" in the search box and press the "Enter" key to launch the Device Manager.

Click the arrow next to "Bluetooth Devices" to expand the list of Bluetooth drivers installed on your computer.
