Open your HTML file in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. Place the cursor in the document where you want to position the WMV file.

Select "Insert," "Media" and then "Plugin." Choose the WMV file and click "OK." The "<embed>" code is inserted with values to play your WMV. Modify the width and height values of your control as needed.

Click "Common" from the Insert panel. Click the "Media" arrow and choose "Plugin" from the drop-down. Select the WMV file and click "OK."
