How to Search History in Vista
Internet Explorer is the default Web browser of Windows Vista. The Internet browser allows users to conduct searches through a built-in search feature. These searches are stored in the history of the Web browser and can be viewed by day, week or month.

Click "Start" and then "Internet Explorer."

Click the favorites icon depicted by a yellow star from the top toolbar. The favorites window launches.

Click the "History" tab.

Click the day you wish to view the history of. A list of recently searched for a visited sites appears.

Click the history entry of your choice to visit the Web page.
