How to Record Lectures on a Mac

How to Record Lectures on a Mac thumbnail
You can record a professor's lecture with the audio recording software on your Mac.

Even if you are taking notes in class, it can sometimes be hard to recall everything your professors say during lectures. For this reason, many students opt to record the lectures they attend with their computer's microphone for future reference. Since the audio is being recorded onto a computer, the audio file of the lecture can easily be emailed or transferred to fellow classmates. Recording audio on a Mac requires the use of specific software that can be run in Apple's OS X, of which there are many.
