Microsoft's Xbox 360 4GB Slim video game console allows players to go online via Xbox Live and play and communicate with other players. To do this requires a wired or wireless headset. Turtle Beach specializes in quality headsets that not only allow gamers to communicate, but get the most out of their video game's sound.
Things You'll Need
- Extra AA batteries for the "X41's" transmitter or for your Xbox 360 wireless controller (optional)
Connect the Ear Force XC1 Xbox 360 communicator headset to your Xbox 360 video game controller by plugging the male end of the headset cord into input at the bottom or top, depending on the type of controller. Adjust the chat volume by sliding the volume knob on the headset's cord, or mute your mic using the "On/Off" switch.

Plug one end of the cable into your controller and the other into the port on the headset's amplifier. Connect the USB input on your headset to a USB port on your Xbox 360 console. Use the included stereo audio splitter cable to piggyback your headset with the RCA stereo audio plugs, red and white, to switch between speaker or headset sound.
