Put a signature on e-mail messages sent from your HP/Palm smartphone.

HP/Palm smartphones are capable of all of the most popular tasks of other smartphone brands. Several apps for the most useful tasks of a smartphone are included on all HP/Palm devices that run the WebOS operating system. For example, an "Email" app will allow you to send and receive e-mail messages. This is convenient for sending messages to friends and colleagues when you are not near a computer. You can even attach a customized signature to e-mails sent from your HP/Palm smartphone.

Instructions

      Press the "Power" button on your HP/Palm smartphone. Drag the lock icon upward on the touchscreen to unlock the phone.

      Tap the "Email" application icon at the bottom of your HP/Palm smartphone's home screen.

      Tap the "Email" button at the top of the Email app card and select "Preferences and Accounts" from the drop-down menu.

      Select the e-mail account from the "Accounts" heading you want to add a signature to by tapping it on the touchscreen. If you do not have an e-mail account activated on your phone yet, tap the "Add an Account" button to log in to your e-mail account.

      Scroll down on your email account settings to the "Signature" heading.

      Tap the "Signature" text box and type in the signature you want to attach to e-mails sent from your HP/Palm smartphone.

      Slide your finger from right to left on the "Gesture Area" of the HP/Palm smartphone's touchscreen to return to the settings. Slide your finger from right to left again to return to the home screen of the "Email" app. Your signature will appear on any email you send.
