How to Check the Status of AT&T Rewards

Check your reward status online at the AT&T Reward Center.

Many AT&T customers with active wireless, Internet, U-verse, AT&T/Direct TV bundle or home phone service have access to various rewards and rebates. When signing up for new services, purchasing or upgrading mobile phones or referring new customers, AT&T offers valued customers rewards including cash rebates applied to a prepaid Visa card, credits to your AT&T bill or product purchases and a variety of discounts. Because processing times vary, checking the status of your reward allows you to check it current processing status and give an estimated time of completion.

Instructions

1. Visit the AT&T Reward and Rebate Center (see Resources.) Reward accounts are separated into two catagories, "Cell Phones & Wireless Devices from AT&T" and "AT&T U-verse, AT&T's DIRECTV, Internet, or Home Phone Service." Choose the correct account type linked with your AT&T reward.

2. Click the circle beside the "Check your rebate status" or "Check your reward status and/or redeem" option located under the account type associated with your reward. Click the blue "Continue" button located under each section.

3. Type the numerical and/or alphabetical characters exactly as they are displayed. After 3 failed attempts, access to your reward/rebate information is temporarily suspended. This method is used to verify that a human is attempting to gain access, instead of an automatic program known in the Internet world as a bot.

4. Determine which search method you wish to use. Options include searching by the phone number and postal code or by your last name, address and postal code associated with your reward account. Enter this information correctly and click the "Search" button.

5. Review the search results and click the correct account to view the current reward status as well as the details associated with this reward. Searches may return more than one result, including past, present, completed and pending rewards.

Tips & Warnings

• If you do not have Internet access or cannot locate reward information, contact the AT&T Reward and Rebate department at 866-852-8617 to request your reward status.
