How to Draw a Mushroom Guy
Drawing a mushroom guy is a relatively easy task once you understand the steps involved in the process. You can draw mushroom guys for all types of art and media such as comic strips, video games, and children's books. Kids love mushroom guys because they're kind of funny to look at, and you can add unique flare to each mushroom guy you draw to make it stand out from other drawings. Remember, too, that once you understand the basic techniques to drawing a mushroom guy, you can then begin to make your mushroom guys unique every time you draw one.

Draw an ellipse. This ellipse is going to form the place where the head connects to the body of the mushroom man.

Draw an arch connecting the far left edge of the ellipse to the far right edge of the ellipse. The arch should be above, not below, the initial ellipse that you drew. This arch will be the head of the mushroom man. The should look like a curved triangle.

Draw two eyes near the top of the arch. Do not draw the eyes too close to the top of the arch or else your mushroom man will have no eyebrows. No mushroom man is complete without eyebrows.

Shade in an eyebrow just above each eye. You can choose to express virtually any emotion you desire in your mushroom man by the shape that you give his eyebrows. If you want him to be confused, shade his eyebrows into a shape in accordance with the arch that you drew for his head. If you want your mushroom man to be happy, shade in u-shaped eyebrows.

Draw a half u-shaped line for the upper lip. If you want him to frown, draw an arch-shaped top lip.

Draw another u-shaped line for the lower lip but make the curve more pronounced. This will give your mushroom man an impeccable smile.

Draw a line that begins at the left intersection of the inside of the upper and lower lips and ends at the right intersection of the inside of the upper and lower lips. This line forms the spots at which the upper and lower teeth meet.

Draw approximately four to seven lines perpendicular to and intersecting with the line you drew in the previous step. These lines form the teeth of the mushroom man.

Draw a shape that resembles the shape of a club like a field hockey club. This will be one of the legs and feet of your mushroom man. Or, you could think of this as a backward "L". This will be your mushroom man's right leg and foot.

Repeat the previous step for his left foot, this time using an "L". You have now finished drawing your mushroom man.
