Automatic Data Processing, or ADP, offers online payroll information and W-2 and W-4 forms on the ADP iPay website. Employees have the option of securely accessing salary information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to viewing your payroll information, you have the option of printing forms and earnings statements. Accessing ADP iPay requires no special hardware or software; you just need to create a website login to be able to review your account information at your convenience.

      Visit the ADP iPay Statements website.

      Click "Register Now" and begin the registration process. Enter your registration pass code in the designated field and click "Next." Obtain your pass code from your employer.

      Verify your identity by completing the personal information form. Enter your first and last name, enter and confirm your Social Security number, click the drop-down menu and click on your birth month and day. Providing your middle initial is optional. Click "Next" and navigate to the next page.

      Enter your contact information, such as your first and last name, telephone number and your email address in the fields provided. Click "Next" and move to the next page.

      Enter your security information, including the city or town of your birth, and provide two security questions along with the answers in the boxes provided. Click "Next."

      View your ADP user ID and use the login to access iPay. Create and confirm an eight-character password and click "Next."

    • 7

      Review your final confirmation page, which completes your registration. The confirmation page also gives you the option of clicking "Log On," which takes you back to the login page. Click "Login," enter your username and password in the designated fields and click "OK."
