How to Log Out of Picasa

Google's Picasa image program allows users to organize the photos stored on their computers and upload them to the Internet. Albums uploaded to the Internet are stored in Picasa Web albums. These Web albums require an account with Picasa that will save your information and data under a single username. When the Picasa program is launched, it automatically logs in to your Picasa account. To access a different Picasa account, you will first have to log out of your first Picasa account using the options in the main Picasa screen.

Instructions

1. Double-click on the Picasa icon on your computer to launch the program.

2. Wait while Picasa automatically loads and logs in to the program's Web servers.

3. Click "Sign Out" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to log out of your Picasa account.

4. Close the program when finished or click "Sign In to Web Albums" to log in to a different account.
