Instructions

    • 1

Prepare the waffle cone mixture according to the package's directions. Ladle the batter onto the waffle iron, scraping off any batter that has leaked out of the iron. Place a paper towel under the waffle iron for quick clean up.

    • 2

Remove the waffle quickly from the iron as soon as it is done. Lay it on a clean, dry dishcloth and place a waffle cone mold so the point of the mold is 1/2 inch from the edge of the circular waffle.

    • 3

Lift the dishcloth and the cone over the mold, and turn the mold's handle to form the cone shape. Make certain that the tip of the cone is sealed. Reposition the waffle and mold so the cone seam is facing down.

    • 4

Allow the cone to cool and harden. Remove the cone-shaped mold from the waffle cone and store the cone in a tall drinking glass to prevent breakage.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not attempt to use your fingers to mold the waffle cone, you may burn them.

  • Do not allow children under the age of 10 to form waffle cones without adult supervision.
