How to Enchant a Broomstick in "RuneScape"
Developed and operated by Jagex Ltd., "RuneScape" bills itself as the world's most popular free, online multiplayer role playing game. One of the quests in the game involves finding a broomstick from a non-player character (NPC). By enchanting the broomstick, you can use it to teleport a character to a mini-game in the Sorceress' Garden, and you can reuse it as a travel shortcut in the event that you need to return to Al Kharid. You can also take it to other NPCs throughout the game world to earn nearly 35,000 extra magic experience points.

Find the non-player character named Maggie in her encampment, which is to the east of the Crafting Guild. Ask her about the broomstick, and then ask her about enchanting it.

Find the sorcerer's apprentice in the southeast corner of Al Kharid castle. If you have the Amulet of Glory, use it to teleport to the area. Sympathize with the apprentice and you will be teleported to the Sorceress' Garden. Drink from the fountain in the garden and you will be transported back.

Speak with the apprentice once more about enchanting your broomstick. The broomstick will now show an "operate" function, which teleports you to the Sorceress' Garden mini-game.

Tips & Warnings
As you gain more experience levels, four other non-player characters can dole out extra magic experience awards when you bring the broomstick to them, but the broomstick does not gain any additional functionality.
Seek out and speak with Ali the Hag at the house on the ridge that overlooks Pollnivneach once you've reached a minimum magic level of 33; by doing so, you will receive a bonus of 1,997 magic experience points. If you have the Ring of Slaying, use it to teleport to Pollnivneach.
Find the Old Crone at the house that is to the east of Slayer Tower after you reach magic level 53; speak with her to get an additional 7,139 magic experience points.
Find Baba Yaga at the chicken-legged house on the Lunar Isle once you've hit magic level 73 to get an additional 10,338 magic experience points. If you have the Lunar Spellbook, use it to navigate the area more easily.
Stock up on good food that can heal about 200 life points once you hit magic level 93, and then voyage through the Underground Pass to find Kardia, who is to the south of Iban's room. Speak with Kardia for a reward of 14,979 magic experience points.
