How to Edit Visio Stencils
You can create your own stencils in Microsoft Visio, and you can also edit their shapes and properties. Each stencil that you create in Visio should be unique, and ideally, you should shape it in a way that is somehow suggestive of its purpose. With Visio, you can easily edit a stencil's shape to make it larger or smaller than others, to give it different coloring or to make it simpler or more complex. This flexibility will allow you to create flow charts that are specific to your organizational needs.
