How to Change the Order of Interests on Facebook
Facebook encourages its users to fill out a rich online profile complete with favorite movies, television shows, music, books, activities and interests. The website's advanced algorithm can then attempt to connect people with similar tastes in entertainment and other interests. Facebook allows users to input an infinite number of interests, but shows only five by default; to see the others, a visitor must click the "More" link. However, the site allows users to arrange interests in any order, allowing the top five interests to be shown on the profile by default.

Log in to your Facebook account with your username and password.

Click the "Profile" link near the upper right corner of the page.

Choose the "Info" button in the left sidebar of your profile page.

Scroll down to the "Activities and Interests" box and click the "Edit" link.

Click-and-drag the interest icons or text boxes to the top of the "Interests" box and arrange them as you please.

Click the "Save Changes" button.

Does not work. On the "edit Profile" page, the order is saved. However, when you view the actual profile, the order remains unchanged.
