How to Turn Off the Yahoo Pop-Up Blocker
When you browse the Internet your browser protects your computer from hazardous pop-ups by using a pop-up blocker. A pop-up is a window that appears on your screen that generally displays advertisements; however, some pop-ups might attack your computer by installing adware, spyware or a virus. Your Yahoo! Toolbar helps to protect your computer with an additional pop-up blocker. Sometimes the pop-up blocker might prevent websites or games from displaying properly, requiring you to disable the program.
