  • Large saucepan with lid
  • Salt
  • Large mixing bowl

      Let the large eggs sit out until they are at room temperature. Place them into a large saucepan and add enough cold water to cover them by one inch.

      Bring the water to a boil. As soon as it begins boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and place the lid on the top.

      Allow the eggs to sit in the saucepan for 15 minutes.
