How to Change the Tenant Records in a Lease Agreement
A lease agreement is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenants. Both parties need to agree to changing the tenant records in a lease agreement for that change to be binding. If you want to change the tenant records on your lease, consult your landlord and ask if he or she will agree to the change before you try to do it by yourself.
