How to Access Two-Player Mode in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas"
Two players can play "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" cooperatively on a single console if they have two controllers connected. Two-player mode is accessed via an icon found in the game. When two-player mode starts, players can choose a character to play as and then begin playing the game with each other. The second player starts with the same weapons player one had when the icon was activated. Two-player mode ends when one of the players is killed.

Turn on the console and connect a second controller. Load "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and enter the game.

Find a two player icon, such as the one in the middle of the Royal Casino square in Las Venturas.

Stand on the icon and press any button on the second controller to start two-player mode.

The two-player icons are red and float just above the ground. They depict two people and spin round.
Find two-player icons around Idlewood in Los Santos, Dillimore in the countryside, Kings in San Fierro, El Quebrados in the desert and the Royal Casino in Las Venturas.
