How to Cancel Your Account With the Biggest Loser

If you've met your fitness goals, you're be ready to cancel your Biggest Loser membership.

The Biggest Loser Club is an offshoot of the successful television show aimed at helping extremely overweight individuals lose weight and learn to live a healthier lifestyle. This online, interactive program allows users to build a nutrition and exercise program, complete with meal and exercise plans. The program requires a paid subscription which can be cancelled at any time, however there are specific terms and methods which must be adhered to, in order to successfully cancel your membership.

Instructions

1. Cancel your account online by visiting the "My Account" page. Click on the button which indicates you want to cancel your membership.

2. Contact the Biggest Loser Customer Service department over the phone. Customer Service can be reached on weekdays at 800-914-9367, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST. The department is closed on major holidays.

3. Submit your cancellation request via email. Compose and send a message to: [e-mail]. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming that your cancellation has been successful.

Tips & Warnings

• You Biggest Loser membership can be canceled at any time. You will not be refunded the money you have already been charged for your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your member account through the end of that subscription period, and then access and billing will both cease.
