How to Make a Spore Account
The game Spore by Electronic Arts allows you to create your own alien races and display them on Spore's website. You can control everything from the planet they live on to the evolution they take, and whether or not they explore space and take over other aliens that players create. To play Spore, however, you will need to create a Spore screenname that your created aliens are linked to when you submit them online.

Open Spore on your PC.

Click the option to create a new account at the screen that appears.

Enter the information requested on the site, such as your name, address and EA products you own. You may also need to enter the CD key found on the back of the Spore CD holder.

Press "Confirm" to create your Spore account.

Tips & Warnings
These steps also create an EA account if you don't have one. If you do have one, click the option to log in with your EA account, enter your username and password, then enter the screen name you want for Spore.
