How to Post a Link to a Note on Facebook

How to Post a Link to a Note on Facebook thumbnail
The "Share" button on all items posted on Facebook also accompanies Notes.

Facebook Notes is an application inside Facebook that lets users write and share posts that are longer than a status update. When someone posts a Note, it appears as a link on that person's Wall along with a snippet or preview of the contents. Other users can then click that link to view the full contents of the Note. If you see a Note that you want to share with your friends -- or if you want to share a Note of your own -- you can easily post a link to it via the "Share" function.
