How to Get Pictures From Links to Facebook
Along with status updates, Facebook allows you to share photos, videos and links with your friends. Although you can post a link to a picture on your Facebook Wall, the image won't post to your "Wall Photos" album. To share a picture from the Web, you must save the picture to your computer, then upload the image to Facebook.

Click the image link. Right-click the picture, then click "Save Image As."

Go to the "Pictures" folder under the "Libraries" directory, then click "Save."

Log in to your Facebook account. Click the "Photo" link on the status bar, then select "Upload a Photo" from the options.

Click the "Choose File" button. Go to the "Pictures" folder and select the picture you just saved.

Click "Open." Enter a comment into the status field, if desired, then click "Share" to post the picture on Facebook.

Tips & Warnings
To upload the picture to a photo album, select "Photos" from the side bar. Select the preferred photo album. Click the "Add Photos" button. Click "Select Photos" and double-click the picture you downloaded from the link. Follow the on-screen prompt to finish uploading the picture to Facebook.
