How to Forward Messages on Hotmail Without Deleting

Hotmail provides its account holders with the option of forwarding emails. This means that any emails sent to your email account will be redirected to the forwarding email account that you specified. By default, these emails bypass your Hotmail account all together. If you want a copy of the emails saved to your Hotmail account, you will need to specify this in the email forwarding setup page.

Instructions

1. Login to your Hotmail account.

2. Click on "Options" in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Click on "More Options" from the drop-down menu.

4. Click on "Email forwarding" under the "Managing your account" heading.

5. Click on the circle beside "Forward your mail to another email account."

6. Type the email address of the account you want your emails forwarded to in the text box provided.

7. Click on the box beside "Keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Windows Live Hotmail inbox."

8. Click on the "Save" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
