How to Get at the Top of a Tank on "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" for Two Players
You can only play "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" with two players if you have downloaded an optional add-on for the game's PC version. No two player mode exists in either of the console versions released for the PlayStation 2 or Xbox. If you're engaged in the two player mode, you may notice that the armored tank vehicles are too large for you to get on top of on your own. That's where your buddy comes in.

Tell your second player to get into any vehicle on the street and park it next to the tank you are trying to get on top of. Use the arrow keys to walk over to a car and press the "F" key to enter the vehicle.

Jump onto the hood of the car that was positioned by the second player. Press the left "Shift" key on the keyboard to jump onto the hood.

Position yourself toward the tank you are trying to get on top of and jump onto the top of the tank.
