Open the Facebook website in your Web browser and log into your account.

Click the "Account" link in the top-right corner to display a drop-down menu, then select "Account Settings."

Navigate to the "Mobile" tab to display Facebook's mobile options.

Click the "Remove" link next to the phone number you have registered with Facebook. You will no longer receive Facebook updates on this phone.
