How to Cook Fried Striper

Things You'll Need
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 small bowls
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. cream
- Salt and pepper
- Frying pan
- 1tbsp. olive oil

Put the bread crumbs into a bowl. Crack the egg and put it in a separate bowl. Add cream and salt and pepper to the egg and mix with a fork.

Place the striper into the egg wash. Make sure to lightly coat both sides. Hold the fish over the bowl and bob up and down to remove excess wash.

Put the fish into the bread crumbs. Lightly coat both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet on high. Reduce heat to medium high once the oil is hot.

Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fish. Insert a fork into the middle and gently pull back. The fish should be flaky all the way through.
