Click the "Network" (or equivalent) option button on your laptop; then scroll to the "Bluetooth" option and turn the Bluetooth function on.

Plug the sync cable into the "Sync" port on your SaskTel phone; then plug the other end of the cable into an available USB port on your computer.

Press the "Menu" button on your SaskTel phone to open the main menu.

Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons to scroll to the "Manage Connections" option; then press the "Enter" button.

Scroll to the "Mobile Network" option; then scroll to the "Bluetooth" option and press the "Enter" button. You will see a listing of available Bluetooth-enabled devices. Select the name for your laptop; then press the "Enter" button. This will pair the two devices.
